What Youll Be Doing:

• Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
• Manage purchase card programs, including reconciliation, reporting, and internal compliance.
• Cultivate and maintain banking and vendor relationships, serving as a key point of contact.
• Own the invoice lifecycle from entry to approval to payment and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial policies.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals and account reconciliations.

What You Bring To The Table:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelors degree a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Proven ability to reconcile invoices, investigate variances, and support departmental needs.
• Familiarity with banking interactions and managing vendor accounts.
• Strong attention to detail, with a knack for streamlining processes and boosting accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
