The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, preparing presentations, and financial reporting. Success in this role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, valuations, or consulting
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Develop three-statement financial models
- Support M&A activities
- Create investor presentations
- Manage debt, lease, and capital expenditure schedules
- Prepare debt covenant reports
- Generate financial statements
