Position Overview Lead full-cycle recruitment managing 20-25 open requisitions simultaneously while leveraging marketing automation and data-driven strategies. Combine traditional recruiting excellence with growth marketing expertise in our fast-paced healthcare environment. Core Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage 20-25 active requisitions across clinical, administrative, and corporate functions Partner with hiring managers to develop role requirements and recruitment strategies Source through multiple channels including automation, social media, and direct outreach Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and oversee onboarding Marketing-Driven Talent Acquisition Build and execute recruitment campaigns using email automation and multi-channel outreach Create recruitment funnels that nurture passive candidates into active applicants A/B test job postings, email campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies Optimize candidate CRM systems to maintain long-term talent relationships Develop employer branding initiatives and compelling recruitment content Performance & Analytics Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve results Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain detailed ATS documentation Success Metrics Manage 20-25 active requisitions with 30-day average time-to-fill Achieve 90%+ hiring manager satisfaction and 85%+ offer acceptance rates Reduce time-to-fill for recurring positions by 25% through pipeline development Increase candidate engagement rates by 25-30% through marketing automation Generate 30-40% more qualified candidates through strategic campaigns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with 3+ years in healthcare Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment (15+ reqs simultaneously) Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and recruiting best practices Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly Valued Marketing Skills Growth marketing experience with recruitment campaign development and execution Email marketing automation expertise (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms) Marketing funnel optimization applied to candidate attraction and engagement Data-driven marketing mindset with A/B testing experience Social media marketing for employer branding and candidate outreach CRM/Marketing automation proficiency for candidate relationship management The Ideal Candidate Combines growth marketing strategies with traditional recruitment excellence Results-focused with aggressive pursuit of measurable outcomes Automation-first approach to maximize efficiency and scale Data-driven optimization of recruitment funnels and candidate engagement Creative problem solver who develops innovative campaigns for passive candidates Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Professional development opportunities and career advancement path Ready to transform talent acquisition through marketing-driven recruitment?
