Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Facility: Lourdes Health | Location: Pasco, WA
Shift: 07:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Schedule: Call Required (1 post-shift/week, 1 weekend/month)
Contract Length: 91 Weeks | Guaranteed Hours: 40/Week
Unit: Operating Room (6 ORs)
Position Summary
Join a highly skilled surgical team in the heart of Washington's Tri-Cities at Lourdes Health. We're looking for an experienced CST with advanced robotic-assisted surgery exposure to support our expanding service lines. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-tech, team-focused OR environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Robotics Experience (Required):
- DaVinci Xi – especially for GYN and General Surgery cases
- Mako Robotics – for Total Joint Orthopedics
- Globus Robot – for Spine/Neuro Surgery
- High-quality circulating and scrub skills in:
- General Surgery, GYN, Ortho (sports med, trauma, joints), Spine, Neuro, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, and some Peds
- Experience with procedures including:
ACDF, ALIF, TLIF, XLIF, PSF, RAL Hernia/Chole/Appy, Lumpectomy, Mastectomy, TURP, Hysterectomy, TKA, THA, Cataract, DSAEK, and more.
Certifications Required
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT)
