Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support executive decision-making and fulfill company & departmental information needs
- Manage the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts, ongoing and ad hoc reporting, and the tracking of key operational metrics
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for operational and financial improvements
- Direct the cost analysis and pricing review processes and conduct periodic profitability reviews, including margin exception reporting
- Mine wide-ranging company data sets to uncover key insights and drivers for improving business operations
- Lead the operational and sales budget planning, creation, and review processes
- Assist in the development of KPIs and the communication of performance metrics and expectations to various teams across the organization
- Increase departmental productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools, improving processes, and creating professional dashboards
- Interact regularly with key individuals from various departments across the organization to relay data and coordinate on reporting needs
- Partner with accounting personnel to deliver regular, inciteful reviews of financial statements
- Gather and present strategic and useful information on industry trends and economic conditions
- Assist with special projects, including M&A evaluations and executive presentations
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant FP&A focused role
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Must have strong analytical skills and experience with building models, financial reporting, budgeting, and mining data for insights
- Manufacturing or CPG cost analysis experience is a plus
- Must be able to gain an understanding of the business and apply insights gathered through analysis to the performance of the company as a whole
- Experience and understanding of business intelligence reporting & visualization tools highly valued (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Jet Reports)
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools helpful (Access, SQL)
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Should be a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a strong desire to streamline functions and find unique ways to add value as well as a passion to continue to learn and grow
What Youll Get:

- Pay Data: Salary Range $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 annual salary (exempt)
