This role supports the FP&A team near Linthicum Heights, MD, working closely with the Regional Finance Manager and CFO. The position involves driving data-informed decisions, optimizing clinic performance, and supporting strategic planning across multiple sites. Work Schedule & Location

• HYBRID work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
• Office moving to Owings Mills, MD in Fall 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Develop financial models and provide insights to leadership
• Assist with ROI evaluations and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 14 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL/Power BI familiarity a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
