Schedule: Monday- Thursday | 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm

Were seeking a part-time Program Coordinator with experience in afterschool care and education to lead and support DUYAs in-school and after-school programs across partnering school sites.
The ideal candidate will coordinate day-to-day operations, collaborate with leadership and providers, ensure program compliance, and create safe, engaging learning environments that support students academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Supervise and support students (ages 512), interns, families, and staff to ensure safety and accountability.
- Coordinate schedules, activity plans, and events that meet students' developmental needs.
- Implement and evaluate program activities, documenting progress and sharing feedback with families and partners.
- Ensure compliance with policies and collaborate with leadership and HR to maintain program quality.
- Manage staff schedules, lead team check-ins, and support meetings, events, and fundraising efforts.
- Oversee program data, technology use, and provide academic support and staff coverage as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year or more of experience in...
- In-school/after-school programming, including curriculum design and program development
- Experience managing staff and coordinating student activities or services
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and youth development best practices
- Knowledge of community resources and building partnerships to support youth and families
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field
- Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and be willing to travel to two school sites weekly and headquarters as needed

Employment Term:
- Approximately 8 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and availability.
