Performs quality control on dedicated mammography equipment and quality assurance on patient care. Assists the Radiologist in biopsy procedures.Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned: Performs mammography procedures.Assists in biopsy procedures.Opportunities to perform breast ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy and/or bone density studies.Performs clerical functions and computer data entry.Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:Must have a degree from an accredited Medical Imaging programRegistered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist, or within 6 months of hire if a new gradLicensed as a Radiologic Technologist in the state in which you will practice M credentials through ARRT, or within 12 months of hireMinimum of one year working experience as a Radiographer preferred Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
