Program Supervisor - INCLUSION Program
Provide leadership, supervision, and expertise within the INCLUSION program. The INCLUSION Program provides intensive, individualized support to Chittenden County children in grades K-12 with serious emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges who have not been able to be served with the most intensive public school-based supports.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision
  • Provide direct client services
  • Monitor, evaluate and audit documentation for quality and compliance standards
  • Manage and delegate project tasks
  • Provide training to staff
  • Manage/assist with program schedules
  • Rotation in on-call supervisor coverage & shift coverage
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or a combination of related education and experience
  • 1-3 years experience with similar population/program
  • Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle
Structure:
  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Salary starts at $54,598
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
