About the Role We are actively seeking a Senior Vice President for Investor Relations and Fund Reporting. This key finance professional will have a strong background in fund accounting and will play a crucial role in overseeing investor reporting, managing third-party fund administrators, and delivering timely and precise financial insights. In our fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will focus on commingled funds, separate accounts, and investor relations, specifically within the private equity real estate sector. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing fund accounting processes and operations Leading the preparation and distribution of timely investor reports Ensuring data accuracy within the investor portal Driving process improvements in fund reporting Conducting financial performance analysis and ensuring regulatory compliance The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or investor reporting, ideally within real estate private equity or alternative investments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, and familiarity with Yardi, Juniper Square, or Workiva is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who exhibits exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving talents, and effective communication abilities.
