Overview GovCIO is on the lookout for a talented SSRS Engineer who will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and dashboards. If you possess strong skills in SQL development, data visualization, and report automation, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop, modify, and optimize SSRS reports from diverse data sources. Craft complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for effective data extraction. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across reports and dashboards. Maintain and enhance ETL processes utilizing SSIS. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner. Implement best practices for performance tuning and report optimization. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Extensive knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS. Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Clearance Required:

Must reside and work within the continental U.S. and have the ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/public trust clearance. Preferred Skills and Experience: Background in software development/engineering. Understanding of serverless cloud technologies. Experience with AWS and Azure. The expected salary for this position ranges from USD $120,000.00 to USD $140,000.00 per year.
