The role involves designing, architecting, and implementing solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), managing teams, and collaborating with clients and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities Lead development for AEM implementation for a financial services client. Design, architect, and implement AEM solutions. Own component design and implementation using AEM or related frameworks. Develop strategies for migrating content from other WCM systems to AEM. Lead onshore and offshore teams on AEM projects. Provide guidance, training, and direction to team members. Prototype interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles. Partner with infrastructure and architecture teams to implement or design AEM infrastructure. Develop and promote best practices. Design consistent interfaces across devices. Work in a fast-paced Agile/iterative environment. Skills & Experiences 10+ years of relevant technical experience. Deep understanding of Adobe AEM products and Adobe Experience Cloud. 5+ years building with Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5. Strong web technologies knowledge. Experience with web portals for B2B, B2C, B2B2C. Architected and implemented AEM solutions for marketing and web needs. Experience with AEM versions 6.3, 6.4, 6.5. Experience in architecting applications, templates, and components for AEM. Hands-on experience preferred. Understanding of tag management and web protocols. Strong Java, JSP, Servlets, J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate skills. Experience with DevOps tools like Bamboo, Maven. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
