Our vision is to be the top choice for Chinese businesses looking to go global. We are currently seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our Central BI team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data infrastructure and analytics capabilities for AGS AI and Automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end data pipelines (ETL) to facilitate efficient data collection, cleansing, transformation, and storage, catering to real-time and offline analytics requirements. Develop automated data monitoring tools and interactive dashboards to provide business teams with insightful analyses of core metrics, such as user behavior and AI model performance. Work collaboratively with various teams (Product, Operations, Tech) to integrate multi-source data and build a unified data layer while aligning data logic. Establish robust data standardization and governance policies to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Deliver structured data inputs for AI model training and inference, optimizing feature engineering workflows. Explore innovative AI-data integration use cases, including embedding AI-generated insights into BI tools. Offer technical guidance and best practices on data architecture and BI solutions. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of data engineering experience. Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions. Programming expertise in at least one modern language, including C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with non-relational databases/data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases). A proven track record as a data engineer or in a related specialty (software engineer, business intelligence engineer, data scientist) with expertise in manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets. Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers on best practices in data engineering.
