As a Senior Decision Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our Medicare Analytics team, which is integrated into all go-to-market activities. Your expertise will help us enhance growth strategies, optimize budgets, and develop effective customer segmentation and media planning. With our membership doubling and market share increasing rapidly, your innovative approaches to problem-solving and analytics will have a real impact on our success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design effective growth strategies for Aetna's Medicare member acquisition. Build robust business models that clarify complex problems and inform strategic decisions. Explore new opportunities for revenue growth across business operations. Utilize data science techniques to support decision-making and enhance business outcomes. What We Expect From You:

You are a natural problem-solver who translates analytical insights into practical business solutions. Your ability to anticipate challenges and foster collaboration will drive shared success within the team. You excel at building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of projects. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in analytical roles demonstrating business impact through data-driven insights. 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or relevant strategy teams. 3+ years of proficiency in SQL databases. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years in marketing analytics or management consulting. Leadership experience in project teams or direct reports. 5+ years of experience utilizing analytics to solve complex business problems. A strong passion for stakeholder management and problem-solving. Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics) is preferred. Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $106,605.00 to $206,000.00 annually, depending on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
