Position Overview Lead the development of advanced analytics to enhance CVS Specialty customer service and foster provider relationships, ultimately driving customer loyalty and business growth. Translate complex business challenges into actionable analytical solutions, guiding data scientists in identifying optimal analytical approaches. Utilize technology expertise to engage with key leaders across the organization, identifying and implementing innovative applications of artificial intelligence in CVS Specialty pharmacy. Work closely with business partners to grasp their challenges and objectives, developing predictive models, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics that address their needs. Create and deliver insightful presentations and consultations to both existing and prospective stakeholders, showcasing analytics results and solutions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to exchange complex information and insights relevant to your area of specialization. Employ a strong understanding of algorithms and predictive models to investigate challenges, uncover patterns, and recommend data-driven solutions. Utilize exceptional programming skills to analyze and interpret large datasets in various formats. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives. At least 3 years of data science experience, preferably within a consulting environment. 3+ years of experience with advanced machine learning techniques, including but not limited to generalized linear models, tree-based models, clustering, natural language processing, and deep learning. Strong knowledge of time series analysis, demand forecasting, and supply chain analytics, with expertise across various modeling techniques. Experience leveraging cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks) to manage projects. Expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage and collaborate with senior business stakeholders. A motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts effectively to business partners. Proactive in identifying and preventing potential issues. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced analytics tools and languages for examining large datasets from diverse sources. In-depth knowledge of mathematical analysis, machine learning methods, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling. Experience in managing data and reporting, and deploying machine learning models in real-time environments, including cloud platforms. High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and legal regulations such as HIPAA while handling sensitive data. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PhD is preferred. Compensation Overview The typical pay range for this role is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00, which reflects the base salary for all positions within this job grade. The actual salary offered will depend on factors like experience, education, and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and incentive programs in addition to the base pay.
