In this role, you will: Provide primary care services in line with Eventus WholeHealth protocols and standards for family, geriatric, and internal medicine in long-term care facilities. Review and sign MARs and all orders requested by facilities. Review and address lab results promptly. Manage scheduled medication prescriptions as per company policy. Allocate sufficient time for paperwork and administrative duties during visits. Attend care plan and quality assurance meetings as requested. Be available for communication with your facilities during business hours for support. Submit documentation and billing records according to the company's schedules. Foster open and positive communication with facility staff and administration.
