In this role, you will: Develop your skills in customer service and sales while providing an exceptional customer experience. Assist customers in seamlessly continuing their shopping journey, whether they are in-store or coming from online or Customer Care interactions. Provide engaging demonstrations of the latest technology and personalized solutions tailored to each customer’s lifestyle. Effectively use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile’s extensive coverage and services. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and remain informed about the latest wireless innovations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a unified customer experience and address any concerns. We are looking for candidates who possess: A High School Diploma or GED. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred). A genuine passion for customer advocacy and a unique personality that shines through in your interactions. A competitive spirit with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. The willingness to work well with peers and management while resolving customer issues. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position offers an hourly base pay of $20.00, plus $5.00 per hour for training.
