Our client is a fast-growing Series C startup on a mission to lift as many people as possible up the socioeconomic ladder. Their app-based marketplace connects healthcare facilities with licensed professionals, enabling faster, easier shift scheduling across the U.S. The are profitable, remote-first, and expanding rapidly into new verticals including education and hospitality. What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain scalable product features using

TypeScript, Node.js, and React

Design and implement backend services and frontend interfaces, as needed

Own the full lifecycle of your work—from design to deployment, documentation, and support

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and solve real-world problems

Operate in a fully remote, async-first culture with minimal meetings and high trust

Participate in lightweight on-call rotations (typically one week per month)

Document decisions clearly and help maintain a well-structured knowledge base

What Makes You a Fit 4+ years of professional experience in

full stack development

Proficient in

TypeScript

and comfortable working across both frontend and backend

Track record of owning features end-to-end and delivering production-ready solutions

Strong written communication skills; able to operate independently in a distributed team

Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and best practices for scalable systems

Customer-oriented mindset—you build with the user experience in mind

Thrive in a

low-structure, high-accountability

environment

Bonus Points For Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams

Familiarity with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and observability best practices

Experience building marketplace or platform products

Interest in healthcare, staffing, or mission-driven products
