We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) who is fluent in German to drive the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement systems such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data capture platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Translating Business Needs into Technical Solutions:
Develop comprehensive technical design documents by interpreting business and functional requirements into clear specifications for development teams. Project Coordination and Planning:
Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Architects to define timelines, estimate efforts, manage project scope, and allocate resources effectively. Leading Cross-Functional Technical Teams:
Guide configuration engineers and developers across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical and business standards. Driving Agile Execution:
Manage Agile ceremonies, oversee product backlogs, and coordinate sprint planning to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines. Quality Assurance Oversight:
Act as the QA lead to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, validated, and meet security, performance, and usability standards prior to deployment. Supporting Solution Engineering and Presales:
Create reusable technical models and reference architectures based on previous implementations to aid in solution design during presales activities. Qualifications: Extensive experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery, both for legacy and modern technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines; solid understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols. Proven experience with projects involving ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath, AutoIT), scanning platforms (e.g., Kofax), and intelligent automation tools. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and RUP, with the ability to manage hybrid environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams, present complex solutions to stakeholders, and communicate effectively across global teams.
