Technical Support Specialist – Starting pay: $19.00/hour + Benefits – Plano, TX US

The Role

Wasp Barcode Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX.

As a Technical Support Specialist at Wasp Barcode Technologies, you’ll support our customers by providing clear, effective solutions to a wide range of technical issues. You’ll work on a small, collaborative team dedicated to making business easier for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone and email

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

Guide customers through product integration

Document reported issues and resolutions

Contribute to our knowledge base and FAQs

Work with other team members to solve complex problems

Share customer feedback with product teams to help improve our solutions

The Benefits

Location: 3001 Summit Ave., Suite 400, Plano, TX 75074

Monday to Friday, no nights, weekends, or on-call work

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of experience solving technical problems

Brings strong customer service and communication skills

Is comfortable with PC programs like Word, Excel, and email tools

Can work independently and manage their time well

Is eager to learn new software and systems

Enjoys helping others and takes pride in clear, helpful communication

Has experience in B2B software support (, not required)
