Position Overview:
As a Mobile Associate, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand and creating excitement around our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service while actively participating in sales.
Assist customers in their shopping journey and provide demonstrations of the latest technology.
Engage in collaborative selling to offer personalized solutions that enhance customer connectivity.
Utilize digital tools to showcase T-Mobile’s coverage and service benefits effectively.
Complete ongoing training to expand your skills and strive for personal and team success.
Foster partnerships with team members across different channels to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
A minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Demonstrated passion for customer advocacy and the ability to connect authentically with others.
Strong competitive spirit and skill in a fast-paced sales setting.
A commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
Salary:
Base pay starts at $17.50 per hour. Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and can earn incentive pay as you meet training milestones. Promotions to Mobile Expert are available, with the potential for an annual incentive target of $18,000. Benefits:
