As the Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of initiatives focused on optimizing essential infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation systems. Your responsibility will encompass project oversight and collaboration with various disciplines, requiring a solid understanding of these engineering systems. You will be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that tackle operational challenges. Your role will include: Managing construction activities in our operational data centers. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of critical infrastructure improvement projects. Delivering projects in line with Amazon's strategic goals while maintaining high safety and security standards. Leveraging your technical expertise to drive project outcomes and engage with stakeholders effectively. We invite candidates with: 5+ years of experience managing projects in data centers or similar critical infrastructure facilities. 5+ years in construction or project management roles. A background in on-site construction trades and vendor management. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar technical fields, along with significant experience in power distribution and data center cooling systems.
