Saturday Service Receptionist
to be the welcoming face of our service department. If you're a natural multitasker with a warm personality and a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a premium dealership environment while working with a team that values excellence, professionalism, and customer care.
What You'll Do:
Greet service customers warmly and determine the purpose of their visit
Direct customers to the correct department and notify team members accordingly
Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls (or take detailed messages)
Assist with service appointment scheduling
Help customers with loaner vehicles and maintain accurate documentation
Drive vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots as needed
Keep the service lounge and café clean and stocked with refreshments
Maintain a friendly, efficient, and customer-first attitude at all times
Support other dealership operations and duties as requested
Navigate both indoor and outdoor areas in all weather conditions

Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication - both in person and on the phone
Dependable, customer-service oriented, and detail-focused
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles
