Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Schedule:
Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination Assist with benefits administration Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Help with payroll processing and benefits administration Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle HR-related documentation All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Benefits & Other Incentives:
