Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the division's technology needs by researching, assisting, and participating in strategy and technology delivery across the division and the enterprise. The role involves serving in a consultative oversight capacity, developing solutions, and tracking tactics and programs. It requires interacting with all levels of management and staff, including senior management, keeping them updated and engaged in the process. Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required. UAT and production verification may occasionally involve working nights and/or weekends. Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management OR 7 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of communication tools, strategies, and implementation processes. Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in solutions. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role:

$60,300.00 - $133,400.00
