This Project Manager will support the Solutions Enablement & Training Team (TU Commercial University [TUCU], including Colleges of Product, Operations, Industry, Sales Effectiveness, and Product Excellence), as well as the Bids & Proposals team and special projects. The role is pivotal in advancing enablement, training, and operational excellence. You will report directly to the Vice President and leader of the Solutions Enablement & Training team and serve as a key execution partner to the team leader's direct reports and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities include translating strategic direction into actionable plans, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills—and a passion for structure, organization, and execution. Qualifications:

6-8+ years of experience in project management, enablement, or business operations, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or consulting environment Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution Experience coordinating multiple training and enablement initiatives, including blended learning and e-learning programs Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering results in a matrixed environment Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a history of creating polished, executive-level presentations Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone) Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is a plus What We'd Love to See:

Ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders into clear, actionable deliverables Experience managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment A strong drive for structure, process improvement, and operational clarity Impact You'll Make:

Support the Solutions Enablement & Training team in coordinating and executing initiatives across the five TUCU Colleges, Bids & Proposals, and special projects Lead and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for training, enablement, and operations programs Support the development, launch, and follow-up of blended learning programs, including reporting and opportunity tracking Support the development of content for TUCU landing pages, newsletters, and SharePoint sites Collaborate with matrix partners to support course development, feedback loops, and enablement strategies Develop and deliver executive-level documentation for strategic planning, such as PowerPoint presentations, QBRs, and funding proposals Act as a liaison for Salesforce-related enhancements and support requests Facilitate routine meetings with Solutions Enablement & Training team stakeholders and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on project management, storytelling, and documentation standards Track initiative progress, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform continuous improvement If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, we'd love to hear from you. #LI-TE1 Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on education, experience, skills, location, and market factors.
