What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Build and maintain strong relationships with key media and influencers in the B2B technology and financial services sectors - Manage projects from concept through execution, including client PR calls and campaign development - Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions - Participate in new business processes, including research and presenting at pitches - Mentor junior staff to elevate their development and support team collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-5 years of experience in an agency or startup environment, specifically in B2B technology or financial services - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Exceptional writing and communication skills - Strong grasp of social media channels and their creative use in campaigns - Ability to measure the ROI of communications activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Established relationships with key media contacts - Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members - Familiarity with measuring the effectiveness of PR campaigns - Participation in networking events to enhance industry connections - Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
