Job Description Job Summary: The

Salesforce Platform Technical Lead

will be part of the Data, Technology, and Engineering (DTE) team, supporting Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) systems, as well as integrated Slot management capabilities for patient therapy across Commercial and Supply Chain functions. The role includes collaborating with functional SMEs, understanding business requirements, determining technical requirements, leading solution design and configurations, managing DevOps resources to ensure continuous integrations and deployments, identifying and mitigating tech debt, overseeing data object models, delivering enhancements and integrations, and contributing to AI-driven projects. The role also involves ensuring GxP standards are met, documenting operational practices, and supporting the Salesforce platform as the business scales. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce-based Slot management portal delivery for therapies such as Casegevy and Type 1 Diabetes. Understand system and technical needs, create, analyze, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements, and facilitate design sessions with the development team. Leverage strong communication, analytical skills, and technical expertise to document, assess, and drive technical design needs to improve processes and operational efficiencies. Contribute to strategic planning and develop roadmaps to meet capability needs of Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction across organizational levels. Participate in reviewing, planning, testing, and implementing releases and upgrades. Partner with offshore teams, QA, and IT for platform support, enhancements, and projects. Develop collaborative relationships with IT, Quality, vendors, and other teams to meet business goals. Manage the lifecycle of regulated CGT platforms supporting Commercial and Supply Chain areas. Coordinate release management and communication regarding platform status, downtime, and updates. Serve as Operations SME for platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, providing GxP expertise. Manage risk and mitigation strategies to ensure timely, quality delivery. Promote and educate on best delivery practices to improve efficiency. Define and optimize DevOps frameworks and delivery models. Oversee CI/CD pipelines and software capacity planning. Contribute to budget, resource allocation, and forecasting. Coach and lead internal teams and external service providers. Required Knowledge & Skills: Expertise in software vendor and MSP management. Exceptional communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly. Proven ability to drive operational improvements. Knowledge of industry and technology trends. Expertise in Agile SDLC, DevOps, and GxP environments. Technical ability in configurations, customizations, and SDLC documentation. Ability to interpret functional requirements into technical solutions. Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 GxP requirements and SLDC standards. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge in Cell and Gene Therapy, Patient portals, Chain of Identity, Capacity Planning, and related systems. Experience with Salesforce platforms and AI automation tools. Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Experience with SaaS solutions, GxP systems, and security requirements. Experience with stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and leading platform teams. Familiarity with architecture domains and Agile team leadership. Pay Range:

$138,400 - $207,500 Disclosure Statement: The salary range is an estimate and may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. The role is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
