This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary practice that serves a diverse client base across the healthcare industry. The role focuses on advising clients on complex regulatory compliance and supporting transformative transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. Duties

Counsel clients on healthcare regulatory compliance, including fraud and abuse laws, state licensure requirements, and value-based care frameworks. Guide corporate practice of medicine/fee-splitting rules and health care antitrust concerns. Assist in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Develop and implement healthcare industry contracts and governance structures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address strategic and operational challenges in the healthcare sector. Work with clients across various healthcare sectors, including hospitals, medical groups, insurers, and digital health companies. Requirements

Experience:

3–6 years of healthcare transactional experience, including private equity deals and joint ventures. Expertise:

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory issues, including compliance, licensure, and antitrust. Interest:

Passion for addressing healthcare industry trends and challenges. Education

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications

Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills
