Duties: Provide legal counsel on healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity arrangements. Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance and legal frameworks specific to the healthcare sector. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to stay updated on evolving healthcare regulations and trends. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies that address client needs and enhance service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in healthcare transactional law, including expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Demonstrated interest in healthcare issues and trends, alongside a solid regulatory background. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities for legal research. Effective problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently and collaboratively. Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you intend to practice. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the MA Bar is required. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team and build client relationships.
