Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records. Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in construction defect practice areas. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice and depositions. Ability to take lead in plaintiff and expert depositions. Capable of independent work and efficient organization. Superior research and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters. Education
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admitted to practice in the state of California. Skills
