Position Summary The Assistant Performance Marketing Manager will primarily help drive paid social campaigns that elevate brand presence, increase bookings and sales, and engage our diverse audiences across Aspen Collection, Aspen Snowmass, The Little Nell, and Limelight Hotels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer passionate about the ski, hospitality, and retail e-commerce industries, and who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal, and lifestyle-driven environment. This position reports to the Digital Campaign Manager. The budgeted salary range for this position is $58,000 to $72,500. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2025. Essential Job Functions Manage new Martech platforms and leverage capabilities to increase revenue and optimize paid media spend across Aspen One brands. Build and traffic paid social campaigns from the ground up for all Aspen Collection product launches while supporting on Aspen Snowmass, Limelight, and Little Nell internal campaigns, including recommending audience targeting, ad type and creative strategy, and conversion tracking. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Monitor campaign performance, build out and provide weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports with actionable, tactical, and creative insights. Manage Shopify product feeds alongside e-commerce that support dynamic ad campaigns in Meta. Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to develop high-performing, data-backed creatives tailored to outdoor, luxury, and lifestyle audiences. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve performance. Coordinate with e-commerce and business unit marketing teams to align promotions, inventory, and messaging. Partner with our agencies and Performance Marketing Manager to coordinate seasonal and evergreen campaign stand up and reporting for all brands. Act as the Meta Business Manager admin, managing user access, business settings, pixels, and integrations serving as the conduit between internal and external teams. Assist in coordinating with project management team for creative deliverables, working within Asana, Airtable, and Figma. Assist in managing Aspen Collection paid social budget and pacing to ensure efficient spend and ROI. Assist in managing and coordinating paid campaigns across other platforms, including Paid Search and Display. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, retail e-commerce, hospitality and travel with agency experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads). Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization. Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or other digital reporting tools. Excellent communication and project management skills and can manage several stakeholders and agency partners. Experience working in project management tools like Asana or Jira. Ability to stay current on paid social best practices and trends in travel, outdoor recreation, and e-commerce to inform campaign, platform, and creative strategies. Experience working in creative organization tools such as Airtable and Figma. Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of creative best practices for short-form video, UGC, and influencer content. Meta Blueprint or other platform certifications. Additional Information
