This iconic landmark will provide unforgettable views of the Atlantic, coupled with convenience and well-designed meeting spaces. The hotel will be directly connected to the Broward County Convention Center, adjacent to Port Everglades cruise terminal, and less than two miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Join the pre-opening team for the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel!
Scheduled to open in Fall 2025, the hotel is a 29-story building located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, connected directly to the Broward County Convention Center. It features 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a large pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel also boasts over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms, and waterfront pre-function meeting areas.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain current marketing information, including vendor setup, purchase orders, and supplies management.
Assist in creating on-property collateral, signage, web updates, social media posts, public relations materials, using InDesign and Canva.
Support social media efforts by capturing photos and videos with a personal smartphone during events and activations.
Provide support during photoshoots and video shoots, coordinating and staging to meet brand standards.
Conduct regular property walks to ensure signage and visual communications align with brand standards.
Coordinate communication with departments and manage project quotes and purchase orders via BirchStreet, monitoring budgets and reporting financial status.
Support marketing efforts across all resort departments, maintaining event listings on OH.com and Trumba calendar.
Assist in organizing special events and holiday weekends, including pre-planning and on-site work, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proofread and revise marketing materials in print and digital formats, and assist with digital audits.
Operate and troubleshoot print equipment, training others as needed.
Monitor inventory levels for marketing collateral like brochures and gift cards.
Provide guided history tours to guests and update the Audio History Tour as necessary.
Communicate effectively with hotel departments via radio, email, and phone.
Provide daily reports on guest service issues and assist during emergencies or evacuations.
Qualifications
Experience with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 360; comfortable on Mac and PC platforms.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills, focused on efficiency and goal achievement.
Flexible availability for peak seasons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
