Portland (in-office) Primary Purpose:

The Executive Assistant to the Office of the President will provide a wide range of executive-level administrative support to the Sr. Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support and Administration (40%)

Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO to manage the CEO’s Office, ensuring requests for action or information are answered in a timely manner. Perform administrative tasks including preparing information for meetings, assisting with projects, creating documents, maintaining data, coordinating travel, and completing expense reports. Board Relations (50%)

Assist with Board of Directors meeting logistics and prepare/distribute meeting materials. Maintain board records and documents, manage board calendars, and support orientation for new board members. Assist with retreat logistics and document creation, and handle sensitive correspondence and files. Executive Team Support (5%)

Support the work of the Executive Team, coordinate meetings, and manage follow-up actions. Project Management (5%)

Manage initiatives and projects for the Office of the President and CEO, and assist with research and background materials. Required Education and Experience:

3-5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Professional Competencies:

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Cultural agility and experience with board support preferred. Travel:

Regional travel may be required (~5%). This position description reflects management's assignment of essential functions and does not restrict other tasks that may be assigned.
