Talent & Brand Marketing Executive (Entry-Level)

Capital Tower Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm Industry: financial advisory/ wealth management Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (60%) Manage and track incoming applications (ExploreFirst, Career Trial, direct applicants) Shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit Maintain the recruitment database and reports Provide a warm and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding Social Media & Content Creation (40%) Plan, create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok Write career stories, testimonials and highlight the team culture Design visuals using Canva or similar tools (training will be provided) Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose training sessions, interviews and webinars into shareable content Track and analyse content engagement performance Requirements: Min 1 year of experience in HR, Marketing or Communications Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
