We're Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator (Hybrid LA-Based)

Were a fast-paced, full-service marketing agency looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator
to join our team part-time. This is a
hybrid role based in Los Angeles , with
12 in-office days per week and 3 days remote . In this role, youll primarily manage Instagram accounts for our clientsscheduling and posting content, engaging with communities, monitoring trends, and occasionally producing short-form video. You should have a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, current trends, and how to create content that connects authentically with diverse audiences. Responsibilities Support the development of monthly social media strategies for multiple clients to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth Create and manage content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with each brands voice and aesthetic Lead content creation efforts, including static posts, reels, and short-form video, to ensure high-quality and on-brand output Write compelling, on-brand captions that resonate with target audiences Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather updates, assets, and relevant content information Stay up to date on trends across social media, especially Instagram and TikTok Track analytics, assess performance, and adjust strategy based on whats working Conduct online research on industry trends and competitor activity Provide client-facing support, helping maintain strong relationships through clear communication and reliability What Youll Bring 2+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram required; TikTok a plus) Strong content creation skills - experience shooting short-form video, designing a well-balanced grid, creating reels, etc. Graphic design skills strongly preferred (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) Proven ability to manage multiple clients and social accounts simultaneously Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Sprout Social, etc.) Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned captions Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and positively Must be LA-based and available to come into the office 12x/week.
