The Consumer Insights Manager at Tim Hortons US is a strategic partner responsible for influencing brand strategies based on product and guest data. This role focuses on uncovering and communicating meaningful insights to strengthen Americans’ connection with the brand.

This position requires a team-oriented, analytical individual with a curiosity for insights to support the team in achieving strategic goals. The role is based in Miami, FL.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and execute key brand research, including guest research, brand health tracking, and product testing.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Analytics on custom research projects and syndicated studies analysis.

Build strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams, research suppliers, and agencies.

Synthesize information from multiple sources into engaging stories for diverse audiences.

Design research methodologies, sampling, surveys, analysis plans, and reporting with Analytics and Innovation teams.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Present research findings to business partners effectively.

Monitor project progress and escalate issues for quick resolution.

Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in consumer insights, from both client and supplier sides (client-side preferred).

Strong curiosity and passion for understanding consumers.

Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Quick learner and adaptable problem solver.

Proactive, driven, and inquisitive with a business-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to craft compelling insights presentations.

Organized with effective time management skills.

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

QSR/Retail experience highly desirable.
