About Daniel’s Table Daniel’s Table is a nonprofit organization committed to addressing food insecurity in Framingham, MA. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations, Finance & Events Manager to oversee bookkeeping, donor database management, office administration, and event coordination. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, compliance with nonprofit standards, and the successful execution of community-facing events and fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities Finance & Bookkeeping Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Assist with budget preparation, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, and annual audit support. Monitor spending and maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with the Executive Director. Donor Management & Acknowledgment Maintain accurate donor records using a CRM (e.g., Little Green Light, DonorPerfect, or similar). Process donations and prepare thank-you letters, tax receipts, and reports. Assist the development team with donor data, giving histories, and campaign tracking. Office & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain organized administrative systems, and manage inventory. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate supply ordering. Ensure smooth communication across departments and staff. Event Management Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, donor engagement events, and community outreach. Handle vendor bookings, timelines, promotional materials, guest tracking, and event budgets. Work closely with development and leadership teams to align events with strategic goals. Qualifications 3–5+ years of nonprofit experience in operations, bookkeeping, office, or events management. Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) and donor CRM software. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Experience managing events from planning to execution is strongly preferred.
