In this role you will manage feedback programs within the Revenue Strategy team, leading structured initiatives that capture and elevate the voice of our advertisers and sales teams. You’ll design and manage scalable programs that XFN stakeholders can tap into to understand our demand channels better, uncover client needs, surface revenue blockers, and inform go-to-market and product strategies. By enabling cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, and sales, you’ll ensure the right insights reach the right teams—helping to resolve challenges, unlock growth, and shape the future of Apple Ads. This is a high-impact, sales-centric role for someone passionate about turning feedback into action and building programs that deliver measurable results. Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or project management, sales strategy, consulting or related functions Proven ability to design and run structured programs that drive business outcomes Skilled in building business cases using qualitative insights and quantitative data to influence decisions across teams Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing across teams and levels Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor, Masters or equivalent in related field Understanding of the digital marketing industry landscape inclusive of media buyers, ad tech companies, agencies and resellers. Experience working closely with sales teams, ideally in the digital advertising or media space Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in cross-functional environments At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
