Do you have an interest in public policy, previous Hill scheduling experience or donor management/fundraising experience? As the Executive Office Coordinator, your daily functions involve administrative, scheduling, and organization needs for senior leadership at this DC think tank. You will be the admin backbone for your team and make sure deadlines are met, materials are prepared for meetings and conferences, travel is booked seamlessly, and leadership is supported in projects and tasks to further this think tank’s mission.

Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate a busy and highly complex schedule for senior leadership, planning and executing calendaring functions for virtual and in-person meetings and events. Prepare meeting materials, conduct research on key players in advance and assist in prioritizing senior leadership time and efforts to maximize efficiencies. Manage and plan all domestic travel arrangements. Provide detailed agendas, back-up plans and itinerary necessities. Handle expense reports, financial tracking needs, and maintain an organized paper and electronic desk. Assist with day-to-day administrative functions, such as managing incoming and outgoing communication, and drafting and editing documents, memos and slide decks. Communicate with internal contacts, updating leadership on deadlines, projects and agendas. Provide extended assistance on special projects. What We’re Looking For: Experienced. You have at least one-to-two years of direct scheduling and administrative experience. Candidates with experience on Capitol Hill are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3.5 GPA required. Customer-service oriented. Attentive to the needs of internal and external clients. Willing to go above and beyond to support your team. Tactical.
