The origination and relationship management team is tasked with growing and deepening partnerships with financial institutions across the country. It supports the full partner lifecycle— from identifying and onboarding new banks and credit unions to nurturing long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Tech Stack Your Responsibilities
Relationship Management Provide daily support to Relationship Managers in executing partner success strategies. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) at partner institutions. Prepare and enhance client-facing presentations and internal performance reports. Analyze bank call reports statements and macroeconomic trends to tailor partner strategies. Track and report relationship activities using HubSpot CRM. Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events. Origination Research and identify prospective bank and credit union partners. Assist with outreach campaigns, including crafting personalized pitches and content. Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. Maintain and enrich a pipeline of target institutions and track activity progress in HubSpot. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify outreach opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns to generate inbound interest and leads. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Strategy, Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure partner needs are met and exceeded. Provide market and partner feedback to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of experience in finance, sales, consulting, business development, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in banking, financial services, or FinTech. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior executives. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team spirit. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
