Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design, implement, and evolve the user-facing features of the multivariate experimentation platform. Promote experimentation best practices across the organization. Execute on the experimentation roadmap and future integrations with data-driven prioritization. Exercise strong judgment and make thoughtful decisions in ambiguous situations. Balance short-term wins with long-term success based on various constraints. Experience with A/B testing infrastructure and methodologies, including multivariate experimentation and metrics measurement. Building and deploying machine learning models to production using data processing tools like Spark. 10+ years of application development experience with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala. Familiarity with causal machine learning tools and technologies. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases to build applications. Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog or Splunk. Knowledge of system performance optimization using data structures and algorithms. Proficiency in software development with languages like Java, Scala, Rust, GoLang, or Python. Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle. Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with simulation tools and technologies. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to drive action. Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD). 10+ years of experience building scalable applications. Curious, ownership-driven mindset. Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, challenging environments. Experience with advanced statistical and causal inference techniques. Experience collaborating with UX designers during prototyping. Experience in building high-performance experimentation systems. Base pay ranges from $212,000 to $386,300, depending on skills and experience. Apple offers comprehensive benefits, stock programs, and educational reimbursements.
