We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager with excellent scheduling and client-handling skills. You will manage project schedules, communicate with clients, and support the project team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Oversee high-end residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top quality. Coordinate and manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and professional relations. Implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting. Conduct project meetings to monitor progress, adherence to plans, and resolve issues. Coordinate efforts across architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors. Anticipate problems and develop proactive solutions. Provide feedback to owners/clients on processes, procedures, and employee performance to enhance the building experience. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations through excellent communication and project management. Provide regular updates to homeowners, management, and stakeholders. Create loyal clients and advocates for our brand. Build relationships with local architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth collaboration.
