Chick-fil-A 156th & Maple . This "hands-on" leadership role offers a long-term career with clear growth and development pathways within the highly esteemed Chick-fil-A chain. Your Impact Deliver operational excellence in all Back of House areas to ensure high-quality food production Build high-performance teams, coaching and developing leaders for Back of House Manage a team of 50+ staff, creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and ensuring high standards Increase profitability by reducing costs, boosting productivity, and managing inventory efficiently Maintain a safe work environment for food and team safety Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, truck orders, equipment maintenance, and food safety compliance Background Profile Previous kitchen leadership experience required Basic understanding of all kitchen operations needed Hospitality experience preferred Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values Ability to work 40–45 hours per week with open availability Bilingual skills preferred but not required Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
