Reporting to the Director, Talent Data & Systems, the Manager, Talent Data Management (TDM) is responsible for the day-to-day management of employee & organization structure data governance & quality, mandatory reporting and censuses, systematic auditing, and personnel file management across all North American entities. The Manager, TDM leverages a team of direct reports, along with Talent Systems technology to ensure standardization, scale and clear governance around employee & organization data management, driving results through clear service level agreements (SLAs) and continuous process improvement to meet Talent Team and business commitments.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Establish and maintain standards for data entry and accuracy of TDM function, including data governance. policies and procedures, ownership of monthly global data quality checks across all North America entities and compliance monitoring. Establish, maintain, and perform regular audits of employee & organization primary data between Talent and payroll systems. Proactively identify and resolve root causes of persistent data errors, leveraging technology to achieve scalable, sustainable solutions Continuously monitor for and identify weaknesses in data quality processes and recommend solutions to resolve process & data gaps. Ensure complete and accurate personnel files through the established employee filing system, in partnership with Talent Operations.

REPORTING & ORG STRUCTURE MANAGEMENT

Develop & maintain scheduled systems reporting for Talent stakeholders. Own coordination with Payroll to audit and confirm successful transfer of SAP HR/SuccessFactors data to Dayforce HCM, including import error monitoring. Lead system configuration updates as needed for new locations, cost centers, and organizational changes – anticipating implementation needs and providing guidance to stakeholders. Partner with Finance and Talent Planning & Analytics to continuously update employee and organizational data and structure in line with workforce planning cycles and large-scale initiatives (e.g. Distribution expansions), including analysis of field mapping requirements and corresponding system updates. Generate and upload files for 3rd party vendors to update employee data.

DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, field definitions, and business rules to ensure consistent application across all users. Proactively identify training gaps and end-user confusion, developing targeted educational materials and standardized process documentation.

TRAINING

Develop and maintain new and existing user training for SAP and related processes (i.e., HR Forms, Employee Filing System) – including education on field usage, business rules, and downstream impacts. Maintain TDM training calendar and curriculum for all users, including design of both live and self-service training on TDM topics. Coordinate just-in-time training to compliment Talent Planning & Analytics processes (FRE/SRE/BP workforce planning cycles) to ensure end users are proficient with SAP components.

TEAM & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership to direct reports, including feedback & coaching to drive development and performance. Ensure direct reports are accurately and efficiently managing the full employee data lifecycle for assigned client groups. Establish service level agreements between Talent and other shared service partners for employee data management commitments. Communicate regularly with all functional areas of Talent ahead of organizational changes, including Talent Business Partners & Talent Operations teams. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality standards and support broader data governance initiatives.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong project management capabilities to organize and prioritize highest impact work and appropriate resources Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data and information. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and quality. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey and train on complex system information in a clear and concise manner to end users. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce HCM experience preferred. This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
