We are seeking an Entry Level Data Reporting Engineer to support the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) at Customs and Border Protection. The candidate will draft reports using SAP Business Objects, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, and provide information reporting to the functional team supporting OCMO. Responsibilities include authoring scheduled and ad-hoc reports according to policy and procedural guidance. Duties & Responsibilities Gather specifications for data, report, and dashboard requirements from the customer. Coordinate scheduling of automated reports with the customer and reporting team. Design, develop, test, and present complex reports using SAP Business Objects based on user requirements. Create ad-hoc reports on short notice based on user requirements. Design, develop, test, and present dashboards using Qlik Sense and Microsoft Power BI based on user requirements. Gather and normalize data from multiple sources. Work independently or under general supervision.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or 1+ years of development experience with SAP Business Objects (including Web Intelligence) or Qlik Sense dashboards. Proficiency with query and reporting analysis tools. Experience troubleshooting reports and dashboards. Experience migrating reports and improving report performance. Knowledge of Data Reporting methodologies and deliverables. Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to work independently. Prior experience with DHS, DOD, or security clearances (active or inactive) is a plus. Ability to pass a DHS Full Scope Background Investigation.
