Basic Qualifications:• TS/SCI with Poly• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD; 4 years of additional experience accepted in lieuof a degree. • Experience in analysis of foreign malign influence on free and fair elections.• Experience with writing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products.• Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.• Knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organization’s roles and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, or core enabling functions.• Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs.• Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working on or in support of the Joint Staff.• Experience writing about messaging potential malign actors. The candidate will be expected to produce ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products for the customer.
