General Manager - Building Automation (Finance)
As a General Manager for Honeywell Building Automation, you will hold overall profit-and-loss responsibility for the business. You will establish and drive breakthrough strategies to accelerate growth by leveraging innovation, deploying new demand-generation methods, and optimizing core operations. You will lead the Novar business for Big Box retail, which is experiencing significant transformation and year-over-year growth in 2024, with a focus on superior customer outcomes. You will engage regularly with customers and provide updates to Honeywell leadership. This role offers high visibility within Honeywell's Building Automation division and is a key growth driver. The position reports to the General Manager of Honeywell Multisite and is based out of Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH, or Bentonville AR, with a hybrid work schedule according to Honeywell policy. YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in operations, business management, sales, or project management 5+ years of direct team leadership experience Financial proficiency at the P&L level Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally Experience with standard productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office) WE VALUE MBA degree Strong sales and product marketing skills Experience managing people leaders Effective communication with executive audiences Experience in building automation or related industries Active membership in relevant associations ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
