Enterprise Sales Director - West Coast

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Enterprise Sales Director to lead and manage our team of Enterprise Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing new business focused enterprise sales teams in a software-driven/ SaaS environment. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the success of our enterprise-level customers within their assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.

Leadership & Team Management: Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Provide coaching and development to ensure the professional growth and success of each team member.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with overall Fonoa goals and objectives.
Drive new business development, expand existing accounts, and identify opportunities for growth within the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fonoa (Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Regularly analyze sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver value.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to resolve issues and support ongoing success, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior leadership.
Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to drive sales productivity and optimize sales processes.
Basic Qualifications 7+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, managing enterprise new business sales teams
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing sales talent
Ability to build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to the office of CFO
Background in high-growth or scale-up environments
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
Fonoa is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165K-$225K + commission + equity + benefits, and represents Fonoa’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, relevant skill set, certifications, and geographic office location.
