Job Mission ASML San Diego is looking for talented and motivated engineers to come be part of enabling tomorrow's technology through today’s advances in EUV photolithography, the most critical process of semiconductor manufacturing. The Quality Engineer will ensure “Voice of the Customer” requirements are met during manufacturing and provide customer quality oversight after product installation to achieve satisfaction. The Quality Engineer in EUV is responsible for planning and executing customer quality and process improvement initiatives, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, supporting customer audits and reporting, ensuring “Voice of the Customer” requirements are met throughout. Job Description

Evaluates results and trends of product performance to customer standards. Represents Quality in Failure Analysis review meetings. Participates in review meetings with internal and external customers. Supports customer audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system. Verifies implementation of actions from customer audits. Follows-up on Customer Quality Notifications (customer complaints) from creation to closure. Identifies gaps in process activities or product design leading to poor performance. Develops metrics to measure customer quality performance. Supports Design Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Improvement teams in driving process improvements. Evaluates adherence to business processes related to Operations and Design Engineering. Leads or participates in cross-functional and cross-site teams. Develops and improves processes using LEAN/Six Sigma principles. Uses structured problem solving for root cause analysis and corrective actions. Creates quality reports to monitor customer satisfaction performance. Supports process diagramming and improvement projects. Analyzes metrics for product and process improvements. Collects data to identify root causes and plan solutions. Prepares corrective actions reports and presentations. Participates in design and process FMEA. Performs other duties as assigned.
